Free spreadsheet compare
Compare two spreadsheets for differences
Drop two sheets and instantly see which rows exist only in one of them. No formulas, no VLOOKUP, no uploads.
Files are processed in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.
How it works
- Step 1
Add two sheets
Drop the original and the updated version — Excel or CSV.
- Step 2
Spot the differences
Rows missing from either side are listed and labelled.
- Step 3
Export or dig deeper
Download the differences or ask AI why they changed.
Row-level differences between two files
Drop two sheets — two exports of a customer list, two versions of a price list — and see every row that exists in only one of them, labelled with the file it came from. Rows are compared on all their values, so a changed price shows up as one row only in the old file and one only in the new.
For cell-by-cell comparisons inside Excel, see the formulas and conditional formatting in our guide below.
