Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Analistable (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Analistable is a browser-based workspace that lets you combine spreadsheets from Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and other sources and ask questions about them in plain language. Your spreadsheet contents are loaded and processed in your web browser and are never stored on our servers. Our free tools process files entirely in your browser, with no upload.

• You keep all rights to the data you load into the Service. We claim no ownership over it.
• You're responsible for the files, connections and data you choose to load, and for having the right to use them.
• Because spreadsheet contents stay in your browser, they aren't backed up by us — saving or exporting your work is up to you.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful purposes or to process data you have no right to use;
• attempt to access other users' accounts, data or connection credentials;
• interfere with the Service's operation, probe its security without permission, or circumvent usage limits;
• resell, sublicense or provide the Service to third parties as a competing offering without our written consent;
• misuse the AI features, for example to generate unlawful content or to attempt to extract another user's data.

When you ask a question, we send the structure of your data (sheet and column names) and, only if you enable it, a small sample of rows to an AI model. The AI returns a read-only query that runs in your browser against your data. AI output may be inaccurate — verify important results before relying on them. We don't use your data to train AI models.

Connecting Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Search Console or another provider means you also agree to that provider's terms. Analistable acts only on your instructions: it fetches the files and reports you select so they can be loaded into your browser. You can disconnect a provider at any time, which deletes the stored credential.

You can stop using the Service at any time. You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data by emailing hello@analistable.com.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that create security or legal risk, or where required by law. Where practical, we'll give you notice and a chance to resolve the issue first.

We work to keep Analistable available and reliable, but the Service is provided as-is and we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change or discontinue features. If a change is significant and reduces your core functionality, we'll try to give reasonable notice, for example by email or a message in the app.

Features currently offered free of charge are free. If we introduce paid plans, we'll state the price and what it covers before you're charged, and these terms will describe billing, renewals and refunds at that time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be error-free or that results generated by it (including AI answers) will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Analistable and its team won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if anything, in the twelve months before the claim (or, if you paid nothing, to the maximum extent permitted by law). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or under applicable consumer protection rules.

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you're a consumer, you keep whatever protections your local law gives you, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Disputes should first be raised with us at hello@analistable.com so we can try to resolve them directly.

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. If a change is material, we'll notify you through the Service or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
