About Analistable

Analistable is a spreadsheet analysis tool. You connect Google Sheets, Excel and CSV files, link related data across them and ask questions in plain language. The answer comes back as a table, built by read-only SQL that you can inspect.

Zero storage by design

Spreadsheet rows are loaded into an in-browser database (DuckDB-WASM) and processed on your own computer. We never store the contents of your files on our servers. Our free spreadsheet tools work the same way: nothing is uploaded. Read the details in our privacy policy.

How we write our guides

• Every guide answers the question in its first paragraph, without asking you to sign up.
• Example tables use small sample datasets that we run through the formulas, Power Query steps or code shown, so the results you see match what you would get.
• We name the Excel versions and platforms a method works on, and we say when a method has limits.
• Each guide shows the date it was last updated, and we revise guides when products change.
